Fire Brigade History To coincide with the Paeroa Fire Brigade's centenary celebration held in October 1995 a book covering the brigade's history was published. Mr Graham Watton, President of the Paeroa Historical Society and former Paeroa Gazette editor wrote the book "100 years of Community Service - The History of the Paeroa Fire Brigade, October 1895 - October 1995". The book, of 66 pages, may be obtained from the Paeroa Gazette office.
