Bange on the Waihi Borough

Henk Bange was Waihi Borough Engineer from 1960 to 1987-88. He died in Te Puke June 7 2015.

He completed his memoirs in 2007, and presented here, with the kind permission of his family, is the section on his time as Borough Engineer. He titled it:
