Paeroa Band

After reading the story of Paeroa's Municipal Band in Journal No 30 [see Journal 30: Paeroa Municipal Band - E], Kay Morrison of Orewa wrote, "My father, Cyril Waines who lived in George Street, Paeroa, taught the boys in the Band about 1917".

Joan Scott (Hansen) wrote of the surprize she received when she saw her brother in the band photograph as she was unaware of him ever having played in the Band.
