First full year of operation. Tube Mill erected. Letters Patent No. 17982 applied for, 25th May, 1904 (this appears to be a modification or update of the previous patent). |

Waihi Paeroa Gold Extraction Company. Mr. Kingswell Director. Robert Mark Aitken manager. New machinery installed costing £16,000; tube mills, agitators, concentrators and air compressing plant. Suction Dredge. |
